NFL Los Angeles Rams vs Seattle Seahawks live stream Free Online NFL Week 05 Thursday Night Football 03 December on NFL Network

NFL Los Angeles Rams vs Seattle Seahawks live stream Free Online NFL Week 05 Thursday Night Football 03 December 2019, NFL online live with HD quality on PC, Laptop, iPhone, Ipad and Android over the Internet. It’s Will be kick of at CenturyLink Field, Seattle, Washington, United States, Time 08:20 PM (ET) broadcast on NFL Network, CBS, Fox Sports, NBC, ESPN and and Online.

Seattle won two games in a row to end October but now tries to rebound from a 25-17 loss at home to the Chargers last week. The Seahawks drove the opening possession of the game 75 yards for a touchdown, then gave up the next 19 points. They later pulled to within one score, made a defensive stop and drove to the Chargers 1-yard line. But a Wilson pass in the end zone with no time on the clock bounced off receiver David Moore, ending the rally.

On the day Seattle held a 25-18 advantage in first downs, ran the ball for 154 yards and won time of possession by a 36/24 tilt. But a Wilson pick-six in the fourth quarter proved the difference.

Seattle has actually out-rushed four of its last five opponents, going 3-2 both SU and ATS in the process. At 4-4 overall the Seahawks trail the Rams by 3.5 games in the NFC West, but they're only basically a game behind Minnesota in the battle for the second NFC wild card spot.

Los Angeles is also looking to rebound this week after taking its first loss of this season last week, 45-35 at New Orleans. The Rams matched the Saints to a 14-14 tie in the second quarter, fell down 35-14 then rallied to forge a 35-35 tie in the fourth. But Los Angeles gave up the final 10 points of the game to fall from undefeated status.

On the day Los Angeles racked up 483 yards of total offense. But the Rams also came up just short on a fake field goal, missed a field goal and threw an interception in their own territory, all of which combined to basically create a minus-27 point differential.

Los Angeles has now out-gained seven of its last eight opponents, and hit the 30-point mark seven out of nine games this season. At 8-1 overall Los Angeles leads New Orleans by a half-game in the battle for the best record in the NFC.

Even though the Seattle Seahawks have experienced a longer run of recent success than the Rams, it's Los Angeles that owns the edge in the recent rivalry, winning five of the last eight meetings straight up and going 5-3 against the spread.

NFL point spread: The Rams opened as 7.5-point favorites; the total was 48.5 early in the week, according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark. (Line updates and matchup report)

The Rams continue to stake their claim as the best team in football after beating Minnesota last week 38-31.

Los Angeles spotted the Vikings the first seven points of the game and trailed 17-14 well into the second quarter. But the Rams scored twice just before the half and led by two scores most of the rest of the way.

However, the Rams gave up a field goal with three minutes to go and ended up pushing the spread as a seven-point favorite.

On the night, Los Angeles piled up 556 yards of total offense, as Jared Goff hit on 26 of 33 throws for 465 yards and five touchdowns, without an interception. So the Rams lead the league in total offense, averaging 125 yards per game on the ground and 343 through the air. They've also scored at least 33 points every game this season.

Seattle drew first blood on a 20-yard touchdown run by Mike Davis, trailed at the half 10-7 but scored the first 10 points out of the locker to retake the lead. In the end the Seahawks won it with a defensive hold and a Sebastian Janikowski 52-yard field goal at the buzzer.

On the day, Seattle outgained Arizona 331-263, outrushed the Cardinals 171-92 and held a 32/28 edge in time of possession.

Two weeks ago, the Seahawks defeated Dallas 24-13, and their two losses this season came by three points at Denver and seven at Chicago. So Seattle has been in every game.

The Rams are rolling, and playing on the road means the spread is a bit more manageable. Meanwhile, the Seahawks just lost veteran defensive back Earl Thomas to a bad leg injury.

The total has gone under in four of the Rams' last five games vs the Seahawks. The total has gone under in five of the Seahawks' last seven games vs divisional opponents. The Rams are 7-2 SU and ATS in their last nine games in the late afternoon.

New Orleans Saints vs Los Angeles Rams live stream Online NFL Week 02 on PC, Laptop, iPhone, Ipad, Android over the Internet

New Orleans Saints vs Los Angeles Rams live streaming Free Online NFL Week 02 Sunday 15 September 2019, NFL online live with HD quality on PC, Laptop, iPhone, Ipad and Android over the Internet. It’s Will be kick of at LA Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles, California, United States, Time 04:25 PM (ET) broadcast on NFL Network, CBS, Fox Sports, NBC, ESPN and and Online.

Perhaps the most anticipated game in week 2 of the NFL season pits the New Orleans Saints at the Los Angeles Rams. Today's game is not only a rematch of last season's highly controversial NFC championship game, but is also a showdown between two of the top favorites to represent the NFC in Super Bowl LIV. This is the 77th meeting between two clubs that for 31 years were rivals in the NFC West division. The Rams own a 42-34 edge in the series, and a 29-25 advantage when the franchise was based in Los Angeles (they were the St. Louis Rams between 1995-2015). The Saints have a 16-22 record in road games against the Rams, including an 11-15 record against them in Los Angeles, location of this afternoon's contest.

The Saints very first game as a franchise was against the Los Angeles Rams, on September 17, 1967 in a home game at Tulane Stadium. Saints rookie John Gilliam scored a touchdown on the very first play in his franchise's history when he took the opening kickoff back 94 yards. Unfortunately, the Saints lost that day to Los Angeles 27-13. New Orleans would lose their first four games against the Rams between 1967-70, and drop 14 of 17 against them through the 1977 season. That included losses the first nine times they would play the Rams in L.A., when they were outscored by an average of 32-13. New Orleans would finally gain a road win against their rivals on October 22, 1978. The Saints were outgained in total yardage for the game, 342-118, but the New Orleans defense forced six turnovers (3 fumbles and 3 interceptions) while holding the Rams to just a field goal. A 19-yd. 4th quarter touchdown pass from Archie Manning to Tony Galbreath would give the Saints a 10-3 upset win.

New Orleans would finally build a consistent playoff contender through the middle of the 1980's and late into the decade. After another five game losing streak to their division rival from '83-85 against a Ram team built around Hall of Fame running back Eric Dickerson, the Saints would take control of the series. Despite a prolific Los Angeles offense fueled by the talents of quarterback Jim Everett along with receivers Henry Ellard and Flipper Anderson, New Orleans would have a 13-3 edge over their rivals between 1987-94. During that run, the Saints would win nine straight games in Los Angeles during the series. They tipped the scales in the rivalry primarily led by a dominant defense centered around their intimidating Dome Patrol linebacking corps of Pat Swilling, Sam Mills, Vaughan Johnson, and Hall of Famer Rickey Jackson. By the mid-1990's, both teams had fallen from contender status without winning a championship. Everett had been traded from L.A. to New Orleans, but the great Saints defense from the previous seven years had crumbled. The Pro Bowl quarterback would get a measure of revenge against his former team though, going 3-1 against them and winning 31-15 during their final meeting in L.A. before their relocation to St. Louis in 1994.

These two would meet in the postseason for the first time on December 30, 2000 in a wild card match up. The Saints had won the NFC West, and would host their rivals, but the St. Louis Rams came in as the defending Super Bowl champs and in possession of one of the most high flying offenses in NFL history. New Orleans charged out to a 31-7 fourth quarter lead thanks to five turnovers caused and three scoring passes from Aaron Brooks to Willie Jackson. The Rams came roaring back late in the game though, and pulled to within 31-28 with just minutes to go. A fumbled punt by St. Louis returner Az-Zahir Hakim and subsequent recovery by the Saints Brian Milne preserved the win though, clinching the first playoff victory in New Orleans Saints history. League realignment after the 2001 season would move the Saints into the newly formed NFC South division. New Orleans has been 5-6 against their former divisional foes since the split, as both teams have returned to top contender status within the last few seasons.

Lost in the blatant officiating and league incompetence (or worse?) of last year's title game was the fact that we witnessed two terrific teams in a hard fought battle. New Orleans squandered numerous opportunities early in the game to all but put the game out of reach, giving the Rams a chance to come back in the second half.

This afternoon will be the fourth time the Saints and Rams have met in the last 38 games for each. The two have a combined for a 48-16 record over the past two regular seasons, and each are on the short list of favorites for the Super Bowl again this season. Brees has not had quite the success against the Rams as most other teams throughout his brilliant career, throwing 20 touchdowns and averaging 269 yards passing, but also throwing 20 interceptions and getting sacked 21 times. Goff has had his own struggles of late, failing to throw for 225 yards in six of the Rams last eight games, while recent questions have also surfaced about the health of running back Todd Gurley. Los Angeles has a deep receiving corps of playmakers though, that will test the Saints secondary. New Orleans will look to apply heavy pressure on the Rams backfield in hopes of forcing rushed throws and mistakes, as well as limiting Gurley's production.

NFL Kansas City Chiefs vs Oakland Raiders live stream NFL Week 02 football on PC, Laptop, iPhone, Ipad and Android over the Internet

NFL Kansas City Chiefs vs Oakland Raiders live stream NFL Week 02 Sunday 15 September 2019  on PC, Laptop, iPhone, Ipad and Android over the Internet. It’s Will be kick of at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, Oakland, California, United States, Time 04:05 PM (ET) broadcast on NFL Network, CBS, Fox Sports, NBC, ESPN and and Online.

Amidst controversy, the Oakland Raiders were able to show maturity and poise as they picked up a 24-16 win over the Denver Broncos on "Monday Night Football." Now how will they do when they go up against the defending AFC West champion Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday?

Oakland was counting on Antonio Brown to be a dynamic weapon in their offense, but after voiding his guaranteed money following a heated argument with general manager Mike Mayock and several other missteps, the team decided to release him. It's just one game, but the Raiders did just fine without him on Monday night.

Meanwhile, the Chiefs looked to be in midseason form in their 40-26 victory at Jacksonville. Kansas City lost wide receiver Tyreek Hill to what turned out to be a sternoclavicular joint injury but still managed to gash the Jaguars defense repeatedly. HIll will be out of action for several weeks and reigning NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes also came out of the game with a slight ankle injury but he should be ready to go on Sunday.

Kansas City won both games against Oakland a season ago. Overall, the Chiefs lead the all-time series with the Raiders 65-53-2, including playoffs.

Kansas City at Oakland
Kickoff: Sunday, Sept. 15 at 4:05 p.m. ET
TV: CBS
Spread: Kansas City -7

Kansas City was able to get past Jacksonville without Hill, but what effect will his extended absence have? Not only will the Chiefs need more from Sammy Watkins but second-round pick Mecole Hardman also figures to see more playing time.

Watkins finished with 198 yards and three touchdowns against the Jaguars. Expect Patrick Mahomes to target Watkins against a Raiders defense that will be short-handed as safety Jonathan Abram, one of the team's three first-round picks this year, is done for the season after he suffered a shoulder injury on Monday night.

Kansas City also may depend more on their running game. In his first game with the Chiefs, LeSean McCoy rushed for 81 yards on 10 carries. Damien Williams also chipped in 26 yards on 13 carries. Both were active in the passing game as well.

One of the important questions entering their game against the Broncos was how much of a load would the Raiders give to their rookie running back. If that performance was any indication, Jacobs is ready to be a featured part of the Oakland offense.

Jacobs finished with 85 rushing yards and two touchdowns. He also had a 28-yard catch for his only reception of the game. He became the first player since LaDainian Tomlinson in 2001 to record at least 100 yards from scrimmage and two rushing touchdowns in his debut.

Oakland will need a solid game from quarterback Derek Carr, but it helps that he has Jacobs to help move the chains and put some points on the scoreboard.

During his time with the Raiders, Carr has thrown nine interceptions against the Chiefs, which is the most against any opponent. Kansas City's defense gave up 428 yards to a Jacksonville team that was without Nick Foles for a majority of the game as he suffered a broken collarbone on a touchdown pass.

The Chiefs cornerbacks were on their heels against the Jaguars receivers. Now, they will be against the speedy Tyrell Williams, who had six catches for 105 yards and a touchdown against the Broncos. Tight end Darren Waller also had seven catches for 70 yards so Kansas City's defensive backs will have their hands full.

Kansas City will need to find a way to get pressure on Carr and force turnovers if they're going to pick up the victory.

On paper, the Chiefs are the better team, even if the Raiders have improved. But Kansas City's defense is still an issue, which might make this game closer than some expect.

But with Patrick Mahomes leading the Chiefs' high-powered attack, that should be enough to get the win. Expect LeSean McCoy and Damien Williams to be used a lot to force Oakland to commit more resources to stopping the run. That should open up opportunities for Mahomes to connect with Sammy Watkins, Travis Kelce and Mecole Hardman for big plays downfield.

Watch New England vs Miami live streaming Free Online NFL Week 02 broadcast on NFL Network, CBS, Fox Sports

Watch New England vs Miami live streaming Free Online NFL Week 02 Sunday 15 September 2019, NFL online live with HD quality on PC, Laptop, iPhone, Ipad and Android over the Internet. It’s Will be kick of at Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens, Florida, United States, Time 01:00 PM (ET) broadcast on NFL Network, CBS, Fox Sports, NBC, ESPN and and Online.

The Patriots found rhythm in their opener by shifting gears on the Steelers early and applying pressure with tempo. Miami blew several coverages against Baltimore last week in its first game running Brian Flores' system. New England should be able to manufacture more confusion or at least force the Dolphins to play more straightforward looks by going no-huddle. Hit the gas again.

Miami's defensive back depth consists mostly of ex-Patriots. Eric Rowe, Johnson Bademosi, Jomal Wiltz and seventh-round rookie Ken Webster rank as the Dolphins' No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 cornerbacks. Pitting any one of them against New England's starting skill-position players will generate a mismatch for Tom Brady to exploit. That is best done through empty sets and other spread formations.

Last season, Drake delivered a knockout blow to the Patriots by finishing the Miami Miracle. He'll have to lead the Dolphins' upset efforts again if they're to win Sunday.

In turn, New England should load the box against Drake and trust its corners to win 1-on-1 outside. If he's held to minimal gains on early downs, third-and-medium and third-and-long snaps will put Miami's entire offense at an immense disadvantage.

The last time the Patriots were heavy favorites against a miserable offense coordinated by a former assistant they were given the Wildcat treatment in Buffalo. That night, New England held the Bills to six points, but only after Buffalo attempted to throw the kitchen sink at the Pats' defense to test their discipline. Expect Miami to empty its bag of tricks Sunday looking for something similar.

This is an easy one. The Dolphins own the league's worst offensive line. By consistently sending an extra rusher at Miami, New England will confront every O-lineman with a 1-on-1 matchup, which over time should favor a deeper, more talented Patriots front.

In Week 3 of last season, former New England Patriots defensive coordinator Matt Patricia defeated his former team, leading the Detroit Lions to a decisive 26-10 win at Ford Field. Brian Flores will attempt to do the same this Sunday. But his odds of scoring a victory over mentor Bill Belichick are significantly slimmer. After parting ways with many of their recognizable names during an offseason purge that can’t be described as anything other than a blatant tank job, Flores’ Miami Dolphins carry what might be the NFL’s least talented roster into their Week 2 matchup with a Patriots team that boasts a newly super-charged offense and a defense with elite potential.

The Patriots opened their season with a 33-3 rout of the Pittsburgh Steelers at Gillette Stadium. The Dolphins were thoroughly dismantled by the Baltimore Ravens, losing 59-10 at home. THE ODDS Though they’ve won just once in their last six visits to Miami, the Patriots entered the weekend as gigantic 19-point favorites, which would equal the largest road spread of any NFL game during the Tom Brady/Bill Belichick era. Since 2000, the only away team that has been favored by 19 points was the 2007 Patriots against the Ravens. New England wound up winning that game 27-24. The Dolphins, who haven’t won in Foxboro, Mass., since 2008, used the Miami Miracle to defeat the Patriots 34-33 in South Florida last season.

The Steelers return home and look to save face with a win over Seattle in their home opener. Many questions arose in the crappy loss to the Patriots in Foxboro last week. With that being said...Will Sean Davis solidify the secondary should he return? Will the Steelers be ready for prime time, even though the game is at 1 p..m.? Did Ben Roethlisberger shake off the rust? Will Donte Moncrief be targeted 72 times, despite dropping everything in sight last week?

The Seattle Seahawks (1-0) and the Pittsburgh Steelers (0-1) will get together for a little interconference battle in Week 2 at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. This will be a battle of two teams that are still a work in progress. They also are two teams capable of putting together a high-scoring classic as they did in 2015 when the Seahawks beat the Steelers 39-30 at CenturyLink Field.

in Week 1, Seattle had an uneven performance against Cincinnati in a 21-20 win over a Bengals team that showed plenty of fight under new head coach Zac Taylor. The good news is that the Seahawks found a way to win, won the turnover battle and continued their home September success. The bad news is there is a lot of work to do for this team as the line of scrimmage was a problem on both sides of the ball. Andy Dalton had too much time to throw the football on most occasions, finishing with 415 yards and two touchdowns. Offensively, Seattle did not live up to its reputation as the best rushing attack in the NFL with 72 yards on 25 attempts. Those numbers have to improve moving forward in order for the Seahawks to contend for a playoff spot.

Last week in Foxborough was one of those days for Pittsburgh where you just take the game film and burn it as the Steelers lost 33-3 to New England. Ben Roethlisberger and the offense couldn't get anything going all day long against the Patriots defense. Roethlisberger completed 27 of 47 passes for 276 yards and threw one interception. The running game was only able to generate 32 yards and that is not textbook Pittsburgh football. On defense, the Steelers had zero answers for Tom Brady as he surgically attacked the Pittsburgh secondary and threw for 341 yards and three touchdowns. This week, the Steelers defense has the fun task of trying to contain Russell Wilson but at least they will have a jacked-up home crowd behind them on Sunday.

Seattle's offensive line came into the 2019 season with some high expectations as they brought back four starters. Last week, the Bengals neutered the Seahawks running game by using a 5-2 front and only allowed one big play, a 21-yard run by Chris Carson late in the fourth quarter. The offensive line will have to step up against the Steelers' quality front seven and try to open up holes from the get-go. Likewise, you can expect Pittsburgh to make more of a commitment to the run early against the Seahawks. James Conner carried the ball 10 times for 21 yards and had little room to operate last Sunday night against the Patriots. If the Steelers can generate at least the threat of a running attack it will help open up things in the passing game on Sunday.

Rookie DK Metcalf got off to a nice start last week with four catches for 89 yards against Cincinnati's secondary. Tyler Lockett was targeted just twice but caught a 44-yard touchdown for the game-winning score and his lone reception of the game. One of the keys will be pass protection after Russell Wilson was sacked four times and hit nine total last week by the Bengals. The Seahawks should be able to have their shots to hit a few deep balls against the Steelers secondary. JuJu Smith-Schuster (6 rec, 78 yards) had a strong start as Pittsburgh's No. 1 wide receiver as there's no doubt the Steelers are glad they have merely been observers of the ongoing circus related to former Steeler Antonio Brown. The problem for the Steelers is finding that quality secondary option as Donte Moncrief (10 targets, 3 rec., 7 yds.) did not get off to a great start last week. It will be interesting to see if Ben Roethlisberger will try to get Moncrief or James Washington or tight end Vance McDonald going early against a Seattle secondary that struggled last week.

Newest Seahawk Jadeveon Clowney knocked the rust off in the opener as he played okay against Cincinnati picking up a couple of tackles and a sack. Quinton Jefferson had two sacks as he was the early beneficiary of the Bengals giving extra attention to Clowney in their blocking schemes. Ziggy Ansah returned to the practice on Thursday and if he ends up being able to play about 20 snaps on Sunday that will be a huge help for the Seattle pass rush. The Steelers tied for the league lead in sacks last season with 52 but only picked up one against Tom Brady last week. Bud Dupree and Cam Hayward should be able to generate plenty of pressure on Wilson all afternoon long as the Seahawks are not elite at pass blocking. If Dupree and Hayward along with linebacker T.J. Watt can keep get to Wilson or at least keep him in the pocket when he drops back, then Pittsburgh will be in great shape to win on Sunday.

The over/under in this game is 47 according to the folks in Vegas and this matchup has the feel of blowing past that despite the struggles that both offenses showed in Week 1. Seattle has a knack of rising to the occasion when they are an underdog on the road out on the East Coast. Thus, the Seahawks will keep the game in doubt into the fourth quarter but fall just short. The Steelers will not answer all of their questions this week, but they will do enough in the passing game to get their first win of the season.

Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts head to Tennessee to take on the Titans in a game that pales in comparison to the match up it used to be.

Remember the days of Peyton Manning and Steve McNair—the epic battles, the high-powered offenses, the near-constant jockeying for a spot on the All Pro team or for MVP votes. These two teams are hoping Luck and Jake Locker eventually step into those shoes, but this game just doesn't have the luster it used to.

The Colts (3-3) are outperforming many expectations for their season and much of that has to do with the play of their rookie passer. It certainly couldn't be many of the players around him on offense who (save Reggie Wayne) have disappointed in support of Luck.

The Colts defense, however, has improved under the watchful gaze of Chuck Pagano and Greg Manusky. The Colts have gotten after the passer in their new 3-4 front and will certainly try to harass whoever is under center for the Titans.

Tennessee (3-4) is going to re-evaluate Locker this week who has been sitting with injury. Even if Locker is healthy, however, Hasselbeck may be the better option for the Titans in 2012. The savvy veteran has the team on a two-game winning streak and Chris Johnson has had a resurgence now that teams can't shut down the passing game so easily.

The Titans' best asset is their underrated twin tackles—Michael Roos and David Stewart. How that tandem protects the quarterback (whoever is undercenter) will determine who wins this game.

Check out our thoughts in the video above and leave us yours in the comments below!

The Tennessee Titans felt disrespected heading into Cleveland for their Week 1 opener against the Browns, so they did something about it. Mike Vrabel's team thoroughly dismantled the much-hyped Browns and capitalized off of a bevy of miscues and blunders by Cleveland on their way to a 30-point road victory.

The Indianapolis Colts were everybody's favorite to win the AFC South heading into the season, but that expectation has dwindled for many in light of Andrew Luck retiring. The Colts, coming off of an overtime road defeat to the Los Angeles Chargers will look to find that disrespect card and grab a road win this week at Nissan Stadium.

Much like Indianapolis, the Titans will have to establish the line of scrimmage, especially in the absence of left tackle Taylor Lewan who is in the midst of serving a four-game suspension for a violation of the league's policy on the use of performance-enhancing substances. Last week, offensive coordinator Arthur Smith schemed around the deficiencies on the line and used a variety of play-action passes and screen passes to counter Cleveland's pass-rushing duo of Myles Garrett and Olivier Vernon. Garrett still wound up with two sacks (Browns had four total), but Tennessee finished with 339 total yards and no turnovers. This week's focus will be on Colts outside linebacker Justin Houston, who recorded a sack in his first game with his new team last week, and All-Pro linebacker Darius Leonard. Indianapolis was able to sack Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers four times and was credited with nine total hits on him in Week 1.

The Dallas Cowboys will be traveling to FedEx Field on Sunday to take on the Washington Redskins. It will be the second consecutive week to start the season that each team will be playing a divisional foe.

In Week 1, the Cowboys got off to a strong start against the New York Giants, winning 35-17.

The Redskins, on the other hand, were not so fortunate. Heading into halftime against the Philadelphia Eagles, Jay Gruden's team held a stout 20-7 lead. But that first half success wasn't sustainable for a team that lacks depth. Ultimately, they fell 32-27.

Dallas has won five of the past six meetings between these longtime divisional foes.

Looking to avoid an 0-2 start after blowing a 17-point lead at Philadelphia last week, the Redskins return home to host the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Washington won’t be at full strength on either side of the ball, with tight end Jordan Reed out for a second straight game with a concussion and defensive end Jonathan Allen sidelined with a sprained MCL. The Redskins will also be without their Week 1 starter at running back, Derrius Guice, who was placed on injured reserve after undergoing surgery on the meniscus in his right knee.

Allen’s absence, coupled with fellow defensive lineman Caleb Brantley joining Guice on IR, could be the biggest problem against the Cowboys, who had nearly 500 yards of offense in a 35-17 season-opening win over the New York Giants. Washington allowed 116 rushing yards against Philadelphia and failed to put much pressure on quarterback Carson Wentz after Allen left the game late in the first quarter.

Now the shorthanded defensive line, considered the strength of the team coming into the season, must contend with running back Ezekiel Elliott and quarterback Dak Prescott. Elliott should be well rested after carrying the ball only 13 times in last week’s comfortable win, while Prescott posted a perfect 158.3 passer rating against the Giants.

Washington had success throwing the ball in Week 1, with Case Keenum passing for 380 yards, but the Redskins’ 28 rushing yards were their fewest in an opener since 1965. With Guice out, veteran Adrian Peterson is expected to get most of the carries against Dallas. The 34-year-old was a healthy scratch for the first time in his career last week, a move that sparked criticism of Coach Jay Gruden from both inside and outside the locker room.

The Cowboys have won seven of 10 games against the Redskins since Gruden was hired in 2014, including five of the last six. The Redskins beat Dallas, 20-17, in last year’s meeting at FedEx Field, when Peterson rushed for 99 yards and Washington limited Elliott to 33 rushing yards. Last Thanksgiving, with Colt McCoy starting in place of the injured Alex Smith, Elliott ran for 121 yards in a 31-23 Cowboys win.

McLaurin was a relative unknown to a lot of people outside of Washington. After not being targeted during preseason games, the rookie third-round pick out of Ohio State came out strong in Week 1 against the Eagles.

On the day, McLaurin finished with five catches for 125 yards a touchdown. The decision to release former first-round pick Josh Doctson, who is now a member of the Minnesota Vikings, seems to be making a lot more sense now, as McLaurin has taken over as the team’s starting X-receiver.

More than likely, the 6-foot, 210-pound rookie will receive extra attention against the Cowboys. But don't expect that to prevent him from making an impact for the second week in a row. Washington is far too desperate for playmakers on offense.
